I thought it was simple to add my own little message, and it kind of made the whole thing feel more personal

My sister sent me an ecard from American Greetings, it was really cute. It opened just fine on my phone, and the music totally made me smile. It was such a nice little surprise in the middle of a busy day

I tried making a birthday card on my phone and, it was the same kind of hassle again. The pages loaded really slowly, and the editor froze a couple times while I was just trying to change the text. I eventually got the card finished, but it took way longer than it should have. Maybe it’s smoother on desktop, but the mobile experience definitely needs work.

It was easy to browse around and find stuff, but the menus were kinda slow to load sometimes. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying when you're tapping aroudn.

The site felt clunky, honestly. It took me way longer than it should have just to find a card and get it sent. I eventually figured it out, but the whole process felt more frustrating than it needed to be.
